About your instructor:
Kathryn Preston, DDS, MS
Hi! I'm Kathryn. Welcome to BiteSize, an education platform for the modern learner.
I am a board-certified, fellowship-trained cleft and craniofacial orthodontist. I have worked extensively in 3 different cleft teams and am thrilled to bring the culmination of this knowledge to cleft education.
As former Program Director and lead craniofacial orthodontist for the UCLA Cleft & Craniofacial Team, I developed a niche in cleft education. My expertise is in cleft diagnosis and radiography, which has allowed me to lecture around the world.
Most importantly, I absolutely love teaching. I also know the frustration of being unable to grasp concepts despite hours of effort. That is why I started BiteSize. My goal is to identify complex topics and make them simpler to master, providing educational equity for all. Happy learning :).
